Hi, I’m Jeanne Meadows, and I live in La Costa. I’ve lived here for almost thirty-five years and I have been coming to Palomar Institute of Cosmetology for close to twenty-five years. Probably as long as it’s been open, and I have yet to find a hairstylist, esthetician, staff, or anyone to have a complaint about. I only get my beauty treatments here, and I love it and recommend this facility to people on Nextdoor, or any place I go to and I get a chance to compliment and refer others to come here. You get more for your money and top-notch education, products, and everything you can ask for, so I think it’s a win-win, and I just love it.
